1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KickSplit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users across Bahrain and, where the service is available, across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

2. Use of the service

KickSplit is provided for organising recreational football activities. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable laws in Bahrain or your country of residence.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create (group names, match data, profile information, etc.). By using KickSplit you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use KickSplit to harass or abuse other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent security measures, or use the service in any way that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

6. Intellectual property

The KickSplit name, logo, and interface design are owned by KickSplit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

KickSplit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bahraini law, KickSplit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

9. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings in the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, in accordance with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

10. Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms or violate applicable law, without prior notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

12. Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our service. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes in-app.
